If a metallic paint was used will the metallic pieces stick to the black base or will they lift off with the plastic? Same question if pearl was added instead of metallic. I am looking to use HOK Brilliant Silver Urethane Metallic Basecoat over black and then using a candy green over it all. Also can the same silver be used for the waterdrop effect? Your opinion is appreciated. This will be on a 1998 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 that the rear fender has been completely smoothed and all emblems removed.
